Beach Play: How to Get Noticed

If you’ve ever been on the beach and gotten tired of lying around in the sun, then you’re not alone. Though this is alright for the ladies to do for hours on end, guys need a little bit something more to keep us interested. What sort of games are the best for the beach? Those that are easy to organize and fun to play. Follow this guide to have a great time and get noticed.

Beach Volleyball: Not just for ladies, anymore

We’ve all seen the lovely ladies on television playing beach volleyball. It’s not just for gals, anymore. Setting up a game of beach volleyball is easy. It only takes a trip to your local sporting goods store and little bit of room on the beach. Put out a net, toss up a ball, and you’ll be the most fun group on the entire beach.

Cornhole is the new hit game for the beach

If you haven’t head of “Cornhole”, then you are behind. Though Cornhole sets can be a little bit pricey, they will be worth the cost because of the constant fun that they provide. This game doesn’t take a whole lot of room and it’s relatively quick.

Horseshoes: The timeless classic

Young folks heading to the beach can play a game that their fathers probably played. Horseshoes is one of those slices of Americana that just won’t go away. The advantages to playing this game are pretty obvious. For starters, it is a simple game that everyone can learn and play quickly. In addition to that, most horseshoe sets come in a small box that can be hand held. It doesn’t take much space on the beach, so you won’t have to worry about invading someone else’s personal space.

The beach is more than just a place to lie in the sand. You can enjoy the sun while playing a few games. If you play your cards right, you might make a couple of friends, as well.
